I’m John Pahrm Jr.
Professionally, I’ve led teams as a Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager and Director of Physical Therapy. Each time, my teams were cohesive forces to be reckoned with, reaching all goals placed before them.
While I’m excited to share with you the secrets of professional leadership, most of my pride comes from my personal leadership and success at home. Anybody can have a family but the one who maintains happiness within that family proves their ability to lead. Keep the people happy who know your faults better than anyone else and you can keep most others happy. I’ve been married almost 25 years and wouldn’t trade a moment of it for all the gold in the world.
My Approach
I’ve been a public speaker since the age of seven years old speaking to thousands of people in more than 15 cities. My goal is to make leaders using a simple method. I want to help people “Close the gap between what they know what to do.” All to often individuals have an idea of what to do but lack the initiative to get it done. I love exploring those roadblocks and removing them from the path. I’m not special. I just know the formula that equates to impactful leadership.
